What is Active Workforce?

The Active Workforce scheme is a health and wellbeing programme for the employees of Sefton Council, NHS Sefton, Sefton CVS, Shop Direct Financial Services Limited, Arvato, Mersey Care NHS Trust , Capita Symonds and the following secondary school academies: Birkdale,  Chesterfield,  Deyes, Formby, Greenbank, Maghull and Range.

The programme gives these people the opportunity to sign up for the free taster sessions, health assesments, weight management courses and health hints and tips. Also with the option to join a choice of eight fantasic leisure centres for a heavily subsidised price of £21 for a Activ8 Anytime membership (normally £33).
